ITEM AVAILABILITY

The items on the website www.lauricella.it are to be considered "advertisements", as the products are not always available for immediate delivery.
To check availability, you can place an order and await confirmation from our staff or contact them beforehand at 06-50931310 or via email at info@lauricella.it.

ONLINE PURCHASES

Lauricella Gioielli Roma reserves the right to manage, confirm, and cancel any individual order received through the website www.lauricella.it or through other online marketplaces where it advertises.
It also reserves the right to verify and confirm the prices displayed online for items related to received orders.
Orders will only be considered confirmed if:
- fully paid;
- a deposit has been paid as a guarantee of purchase intent.
Displayed prices include VAT as per current Italian tax law, except for declared used products, which will follow the margin scheme taxation as per Italian law.

HOW TO ORDER

The possible online purchase methods are as follows:
Direct Purchase with immediate payment of the full amount;
Online Reservation with payment of a deposit for the purchase intent.
A single item can be purchased from the WEB page by following the online purchase procedure that starts when you click the [RESERVE] or [BUY] button.

SHIPMENTS

Lauricella Gioielli Roma uses the most reliable and secure express couriers and armored transport companies to ensure safe and fastest possible long-distance delivery.

Please note that armored transport couriers will require identification at delivery to verify the identity of the recipient before handing over the shipment.

In any case, Lauricella Gioielli Roma reserves the right to charge an extra contribution for insurance costs and for shipments to hard-to-reach locations or for particularly bulky orders.

ITEM PICK-UP AT THE STORE

It is possible to personally pick up the ordered, reserved, or booked item directly at our store in Rome Casal Palocco (see section > WHERE WE ARE).
If you are passing through Rome, please remember that we are 15 minutes from Leonardo da Vinci Airport (Fiumicino).
IMPORTANT: In case of pick-up at our store, it is essential to ascertain the actual availability of the ordered item.

PAYMENTS

Online payments must always be made before the delivery/shipment of the goods.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The customer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal for any purchase made remotely.
All distance sales made by Lauricella Gioielli Roma are subject to Legislative Decree 206/05, which provides for the possibility for the buyer (private individuals only, no VAT numbers) to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods.
This right consists of the faculty to return the purchased item to the seller and the consequent refund of the purchase price.
The customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if the product has been custom-made or personalized (e.g., with an engraving) or returned incomplete or otherwise altered from its original condition.
The return of the product through the announced exercise of the Right of Withdrawal entails the refund of the price of the purchased product, excluding shipping costs, insurance costs, and bank/administrative charges, except in cases where the withdrawal is due to a defect in the purchased product.
The costs of returning the products are borne by the customer. The item requested for return must be new, intact, and never used.

POSSIBLE CASES FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS ALLOWED

- RESERVATION IN PROGRESS
If the customer wishes to apply the right of withdrawal to a reserved item, the security deposit paid will be invoiced and converted into a DISCOUNT CODE usable on Lauricella.it or at our store in Rome.

- ITEM DISLIKED OR ORDERED BY MISTAKE BY THE CUSTOMER
In case of an item not liked or an incorrect order by the customer, the customer must return the item at their own expense to the address:

Once the integrity of the item has been verified, a refund will be issued, retaining 2% of the order value to cover our shipping costs, with a minimum deduction of 20 Euros. Any insurance costs on the shipment will also be retained.

- GIFTED ITEM BUT NOT DESIRED
If the gift recipient wishes to withdraw, the withdrawal request must be made by the buyer. The amount paid for the order (excluding shipping and insurance costs) will be refunded via an unlimited DISCOUNT CODE usable on Lauricella.it or at our store in Rome.

HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To communicate the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, a registered letter must be sent to the address:

Upon receipt of the withdrawal request, the customer will be contacted and informed about the procedure for managing the return.

WITHDRAWAL IN STORE

The right of withdrawal is not applicable for products purchased and/or collected at the point of sale.

SALES PORTALS - MARKETPLACES

Lauricella Gioielli Roma also displays and sells products through online sales portals: the selling prices of a specific item may differ from the lauricella.it website.

JURISDICTION AND COMPETENT COURT

Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation, and violation of purchase contracts stipulated online through the website www.lauricella.it is subject to Italian jurisdiction; these general conditions refer, for anything not expressly provided herein, to the combined provisions of Legislative Decree n° 50 of 15.1.1992 and Legislative Decree D.Lgs 206/05. For any dispute between the parties regarding this contract, the Court of Rome shall be competent.
